Join us as we celebrate her retirement on Thursday Dec. 5th from 5:30-7:30 pm.
Laura Berdyck joined the Adrian Public Library team in November 1985 as a part-time assistant at the Circulation Desk. Within a few years, she became the full-time Youth services library assistant, where she enjoyed working with children and their families, visited local preschools for monthly storytimes and in the summer did weekly playground storytimes. Then Laura moved to the Adult department to do reference work and interlibrary loan, acquiring the unofficial title of "MeLCat Queen", for handling every aspect of the interlibrary loan process. Laura will be missed by all! Drop in any time from 5:30-7:30 pm to wish Laura a happy retirement and share memories of her time at the library.
