  3. Babywearing Class

    Come learn about babywearing, a practice that will allow you to give your baby the physical touch they need while allowing you to have both hands free. This class will provide you with the knowledge needed to choose a carrier that works for you and your life. Feel free to bring your baby and your questions. There will be a doll and carriers available to try out. This class will be led by Hannah Nunnally, a trained babywearing consultant.

  4. Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

    Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, and cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. This program will be presented by the Alzheimer's Association. Registration is required for this event - call the library at (517) 265-2265 to sign up. Programs with fewer than 10 registrants may be subject to cancellation.
