Computer & Internet Access
The Library currently has internet connected computers for adults, teens and youth. We have 12 internet connected computers available for use by adults 18+. The Teen Zone offers four internet connected computers for teens ages 13-17. The Youth Department offers five internet connected computers and one computer loaded with educational games.
Using the Internet
To access one of our adult or teen Internet computers, your library card must be valid with fines less than $5. If you do not have a library card, we can issue you a guest pass. You must show your photo ID at the main desk to receive a guest pass. You do not need a library card or guest pass to access our Youth computers.
Be sure to save your files to a USB flash drive or web storage. For your protection, the ability to install new programs on public computers has been disabled.
Connecting to WiFiFree WiFi is available to patrons with mobile devices throughout the library.
To connect to our WiFi service, select the network labeled "APL". No password is needed. In addition, electrical data ports are located in our Café, Teen Zone, and Loft for wired access in the library. At this time, you are not able to send items to our printer while connected to our WiFi or wired ports. You need to use one of our internet terminals to print.
You can print from any of our computers. Black and white copies are $0.15 per page and color copies are $0.25 per page. After you have sent your print jobs to our printer, come to the main desk to pay and have your items printed out.
